We had some issues with being locked in the bathroom and then once the door locked with no one inside. The room was noisy and aircon was loud

Hotel and staff were excellent, only minor complaint was very hard pillows! Hotel conveniently situated in middle of town. If coming by car, first park in the nearby Whitefriars Shopping Centre car park (3 minutes walk from the hotel) and then walk to the hotel, hand the parking ticket to reception when checking in and when checking out a £15 daily charge will be added to your bill.
