Overnight stay

A great location for exploring St Peters Port. A very comfortable and quiet room. Great selection for breakfast.

A very friendly hotel

This hotel is very well placed in St. Peter's Port at the bottom of the cobbled shopping street, though not effected by that, and near the harbour. All the staff were extreamly friendly and the restaurant capably managed my wife's Gluten and Dairy intolerance. We took on a half board option, and on that we were allowed up to a four course high quality meal that changed daily, or the brilliant seafood menu. The Moores Hotel is renouned for it good value menu. The hotel gave us a parking voucher and 'time clock' so parking in the pier carparks didn't cost us anything, which was a great bonus against our stay last year in Jersey.

lovely room convenient for restaurants and travel around the island - noisy position - reception staff not very friendly no good mornings etc or have you enjoyed or are enjoying your stay - very offish!

Pleasant Hotel ruined by nightly noise.

Pleasant hotel near to shops, ferry port, and bus station with its excellent services to everywhere on the island for £1.00..... Breakfast was fine, apart from one morning when one waitress attended to about 15 people at about 0715. I gave up waiting, in despair. This was not the fault of the waitress. Excellent room service. Immaculate bathroom. Good TV. The big problem with this hotel is the external noise every evening without fail from louts who accumulate outside a bar opposite and shout, scream and swear until sometimes 2.00am. The bar closes at about midnight but the louts remain in the vicinity.. This lovely hotel cannot be faulted to any extent other than for this awful problem of noise. For this reason I will not stay there again....This smart and well known hotel needs some intervention on its behalf from the local police. It must be losing such a lot of return visitors, which it does not deserve. So sad!!! I would only recommend this hotel to a friend on the understanding that a room was allocated not at the front of the hotel.

Excellent emplacement mais tarif exorbitant

Pros: Emplacement. Personnels. Propreté.
Cons: Tarifs au minimum 30% trop cher par rapport aux prestations proposées.
Location: Quartier du port et des commerces. proche de tous les points importants à visiter (maison victor hugo...) à saint Peter Port.
Hotel calme malgré sa situation dans une rue commercante. Emplacement idéal pour visiter Saint Peter Port. Permet un accès rapide au restaurant (important le dimanche soir quant la majorité sont fermés). Chambre de taille moyenne avec exellente literie. Baignoire douche avec paravent. Propreté maximum. Personnel aux petits soins.Une seule personne parle français à l'accueil.Petit déjeuner contiental correcte, si vous souhaitez saucisse, omelette, tomate grillée il faut commander et c'est en supplément. Les tarifs pratiqués sont exorbitants eu égard aux prestations proposées (Nous avons séjournés dans de nombreux best western d'un niveau de prestation supérieure avec des tarifs nettement moins élevés).

Very comfortable hotel in the middle if the town

This central situated hotel is very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there very much. The hotel room was very cosy with a great harbor view, the bathroom was modern and quite large. In a few minutes you are at the market place, the main shopping street, and the harbor. There are quite a lot if good restaurants at the hotel and in the neighborhood. It has a large terrasse with a great view on the harbor and The castle. The only annoying thing was, that when we opened the windows during the night to get some fresh air you could here the noise of the street (pedestrian zone) very well. Meaning that some people hooted well after midnight without regard.
