Stayed for one night , was working in Gateshead the following morning hotel was nice and comfortable with everything you would need for an overnight! Breakfast was not worth the money, 1 small piece of bacon , 1 sausage, 1 hash brown , 1 tomato and a very small spoon of beans, the upside to the “socially distancing breakfast” were the group of waitresses they made the breakfast, polite and couldn’t do enough for you.

hotel was excellent - spotlessly clean and provided all amenities required. However the voile curtain and the bed runner would have benefited from ironing - that is not a huge point but it does affect first impressions. Also the outside areas were badly in need of a power wash and the sitting out area was in a state of neglect with weeds growing throgh slabs. I felt this detracted from the overall quality and experience the hotel provided.

Easy parking, friendly reception staff. One tissue left in my bathroom, even although it was pulled right up to the top, the staff must have realised it was empty!

Perfect location with easy access to quayside and newcstle main shoppimg within 20 mins walk over milenium bridge. Room basic but clean. Bed extremely uncomfortable. Overnight parking £5.
