The reception was really friendly and pleasant. The room was really good value for money and I was pleasantly surprised. The only thing that was unfortunate was that the walls were very thin and I could hear a lot from the other rooms, but I understand that’s not an east fix. Still would come back again.

Not the best, but better than nothing

When heading to the place, I expected a hotel layout but it's much more like a motel - like the camping places you would go to as a kid with school. The room was decent, nice size, generally clean, the bathroom wasn't the best standard with a wonky flush handle tht was awkward to use and finding a dead spider floating in the water the second I came in. The doors are opened with a key card and you can't lock it from the inside because it seems to be automatic. Despite that, I didn't feel the safest knowing that all I could do was close the door. You have a heater on the wall, a television with channels and a radio for free, tea and coffee facilities (a kettle, mugs and some sachets) with a couple of towels. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but it wasn't terrible either. Bring something to do as there isn't anything at Campanile and the food was of a low standard. Sadly, to get to anywhere else you need to walk near the motorway for half an hour or drive everywhere. Luckily, I brought food too. At the end of the day, I had a room with a bed so I could stay somewhere for the night. But will I go there again? Nope.

Reasonably priced resonable hotel

Suited us perfectly. Easy to find, reasonably priced, plenty of parking in a private carpark. The accommodation is in two blocks, motel style, either side of reception. Room was clean, warm, had everything we needed

Good Location

We were attending a evening reception for a wedding nearby, location of hotel was great, just off main road, rooms were clean, and was quiet at night. Only slight moan was in our room we could only see 1 socket, not handy if you need to charge phone and use hair straighteners!

mr bolton

may 2013. one might stay. was spot on only one negative point. the room fragrance feature was very over powering in my room. 56 and I couldn't find it to turn it off But that's all everything else was brill.
