I am sorry to learn that your experience in a few areas fell short of your expectations due to the nationwide issues being experienced with staffing since the unlocking, for which I would like to offer my apologies. Your stay coincided with lovely warm weather and lots of guests enjoying our beautiful grounds and lake, and we apologise that this included some Canada Geese who made a bit of a mess on the lawn....
