The worst customer service experience ever. The key I had been given to unlock the outside door to gain entrance after hours did not work After five hours of trying to gain entry, no reply to the hotel phone number, the lanlady appeared at 7.30am and opened the door. She explained that the key was new. I gave her the key to try for herself. It did not work. She quickly tried another key which did work. She turned to me and told me that I was Being troublesome after she and I quote Said , I have put myself out for you unquote. The day before my visit I phoned and asked if I could have the twin room instead of the double. The reply was no problem. She then turned to me and said she was going to report me. To who and why I am not sure. I left immediately

Loud hotel in a boring vilage. Its on top of a pub and you have to go by the pub toilet to get to your room. It was a little creepy. Shower is OK, toilet was a little dirty. The room a hab a comfortable bed and was ok although the window was broken. The breakfast tasted weird
