Property is ideally situated for M6 stop overs. Hotel could be great but is very tired. Curtains falling off pole, carpet stained, mattress etc all needs updating. Bathroom sink,bath plugs broken, shower poor. However staff helpful and food from resturant good.

Rooms need a complete overhaul especially grubby bathrooms
