Good helpful staff. Broadly adequate facilities for a hotel of this type but very noisy. Noisy fellow guests, thin walls, and a riduculous door to nowhere in the window which let in a lot of noise from the street.

Right in the centre, nice location, easy to get t

All very good, as expected, staff very friendly, breakfast was good and all very clean and nice

Close to town, breakfast was good, bed was comfy

Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Lots of stains on the walls in the bedroom - could clean these, I would give a better rating
Staff were polite every time I went to reception. Breakfast was good they even had veggie sausages. Bed was comfy, room had everything you need for a basic trip. The only thing I didnt like was that there looked to be a lot of tea and coffee all over the walls which I would have liked to have been cleaned.

nice hotel close to town centre

Pros: Comfy bed
Cons: Carpet needed cleaning a bit better
Decent hotel in a convenient location. Th staff were nice and friendly and the bed was very comfy. Overall a pleasant stay

Fine for a fit, healthy and active single man.

Plaeasant and comfortable. Three remarks: 1. For a do it yourself breakfast, the toaster is hopeless (doesn't toast enough even when turned up full). 2. For a six-foot male, the bed is too short to be comfortable, even spread right across a double width. 3. For a supper in, the staff is overworked.

Einfaches Hotel an zentraler Lage in Cheltenham

Pros: Freundliches, flexibles Personal. Hotel sehr zentral gelegen.
Cons: Eine Minibar mit Getränken wäre angebracht. Hahnenwasser kann man nicht trinken, schmeckt sehr stark nach Chlor.
Location: Town Center sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar
Badezimmer : Bei Ankunft zerfranstes Badetuch vorgefunden. Schild auf der Glasablage, dass man sich, wenn nötig, bei den Ohrstöpseln bedienen soll. Es waren aber keine Ohrstöpsel vorhanden. Darauf achten, kein Zimmer welches an der Swindon Road liegt, zu buchen. Strassenverkehr ist sehr laut. Preis für diesen Komfort zu hoch.

Übernachtung auf der Durchreise

Gute und zentrale Lage. Freundliche Angestellte, saubere Zimmer. Stadtzentrum ist zu Fuss bequem erreichbar. Öffentliches Parkhaus direkt neben dem Hotel.
