Thank you for choosing our hotel and for taking the time to provide feedback about your experience at it. I would like to start by apologizing to you for not meeting your expectations. Good Afternoon, Thank you for choosing to stay with us at the Holiday Inn Express and taking the time to write us a review. I would like to start with our over priced breakfast which is free to our guests. I am sorry you felt it was disgusting, I do hope you spoke to a member of staff who would have gladly helped you.
