So so beautiful Hotel with most lovely professional staff like my Dubai family since 20 years. Many many thanks to all of you and lovely Gazalla joined team and making me very very happy with her expertise and kindness. Transport to beautiful beach what a great gift thank you. Beautiful shops attached to hotel with great jewellery and Parfumerie and also professional and sweet staff . Imaan from Germany and Uk

Funny. The hotel staff were accomodating and the door man was hilarious. We were well looked after - downside is, the breakfast was a bit hit and miss but otherwise a pleasant stay.

opposite the dubai museum

it looked nice in the photos. the standard room was very dusty and smelled stale. I got free upgrade they put us in the VIP lounge. the net curtains were very dusty. so I complained . as I was having breathing problems with dust. the removed the curtains and cleaned the windows. which was nicer.

My room overlooking the Creek

Very good location and central to shopping and Gold Souk. Short walk to Metro. Cheapest boat ride of aed 1 for crossing to Deira from here. Very good english pub but loud due to live singing. Stay away from dining in Mumtaz cos very expensive and food below average and entertainment not family orientated. It was embarassing sitting there with my wife amongst men only diners with whisky bottles.Very good breakfast. Very good experience. Enjoyed my stay. Will stay again.

Over Priced For What Your Paying For

- The room was dirty and wasn’t cleaned two days at times. - Electrical sparks from the bathroom, every time we complain we were sent an engineer that supposedly fixed the problem that kept on reoccurring every evening, after complain for the fifth time we were informed that the hotel was exercising this issue. - The window wouldn’t close after informing the staff we were told this issue has been solved however that wasn’t the case. - I wouldn’t rate this hotel 2 stars let alone four stars
