Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war schrecklich. Es wurde in diesen 2 Wochen einmal gestaubsaugt, die Tische wurden nie geputzt, Handtücher wurden oft vergessen...man merkt einfach, dass sie keine Lust haben zu Arbeiten. Schlecht schlecht schlecht... Der Service am Pool wie auch vor dem Hotel ist super! Die Rezeption arbeitet mit einer langen Leitung. Das heisst, wenn man was braucht, muss man etwa 20-30 Minuten warten.

Sehr schönes und grosses Zimmer mit fantastischem Ausblick auf den Burj Khalifa. Super tolles Badezimmer. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Da Frühstücksbüffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ich komme gerne wieder. sehr empfehlenswert.
