New hotel, modern, clean and next to metro station

I was welcomed with a glass of juice whilst checking in. I had to wait 30 mins for a room to be cleaned as I arrived earlier than the normal check in time. The fact they got me into a room early was fantastic and full credit goes to the hotel for that. Room was clean, comfy, big tv, large walk in shower, mini bar, complimentary tea and coffee making facilities in room and a bowl of fruit upon arrival. All good. The negative points were the staff would say things just to get rid of me eg. I was told my room would have a nice view but it was at the side so looked directly upon the adjacent buildings side. I needed to change my check out date and was told by the guy at reception he would talk to management in the morning and let me know, but in the morning his shift was replaced and I heard nothing. The door man was incapable of having a conversation apart from let me take your bags or do you need a taxi. Another negative was at check in 200 Dirhams cash was taken from me as a security deposit which was refunded when I checked out. Problem is I now have foreign currency to take home with me. The early check in flexibility was the winner for me and because of that, I can overlook all the negatives.

Excellent hôtel. Très bien situé pour pouvoir rayonner partout dans Dubai puisque la station de métro Sharaf DG se trouve en face de l hôtel, il n y a que la rue à traverser. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Nous avions une suite exécutive de 110 m2 avec 3 salles de bain pour nous 4. Piscine sur le toit avec vue de la burj Al Arab. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Excellent rapport qualité/prix

Personel excellent et hôtel bien situé.

Pros: La proximité des transports et prêt de tout.
Cons: Propreté de la salle de bains.
Location: Proche du métro, mall, et de tout
Personnel à l'écoute de ces clients. Hôtel en face d'une station de métro mais sans être bruyant. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Seul reproche la propreté dans la salle de bain. Sinon top et j'étais avec mon enfant sans soucis.

Très bel hôtel en face de station tram. Belle chambre et personnel très sympathique. Seul petit bémol ma chambre se trouvait près de la pièce pour le ménage donc assez top il y avait du bruit. De plus les chambre avec douche italienne c'est top mais pourquoi ne pas prévoir une douchette pour les personnes qui ne peuvent pas se mouiller tous les jours les cheveux.
