Well situated hotel

Pros: Staff friendly.
Cons: As above
Location: Good location near main centre. Not many places toe at in immediate location.
Two things we found strange. 1. Twice asked for an early morning call which came an hour later than requested. 2. We wanted to eat in hotel restaurant one evening and were told depended on chef's arrival whether the restaurant opened or not. This did not seem a good way to get customers! It was also not open for lunch on day of our arrival.
