Hotel bit tired, especially bathroom, sprung mattress was terrible, made boinging noises every time you moved, very poor quality bed.

Thank you for your post: I am sorry we disappointed you in this occasion and thank you for your comments and feedback which we absolutely take on board for review and action where possible. Thank you for letting us know. The hotel has been underfunded for many years: it is however now franchised and undergoing a 44 million pound refurbishment and over the next three years, all aspects of the property will be renovated to the highest standard. We already have 112 totally refurbished rooms back on line and being well received by the guests who have occupied them. There are several planned stages for the renovations and the room refurbishment will be ongoing for some time. We do hope to have your continued support. Very best regards…

It was convenient to Gatwick South terminal. The walls of the rooms were so thin you could hear everything being said in rooms either side of the one we stayed in. The bed was the worst that we have ever had to endure staying at a well respected brand hotel anywhere. It was cheap and nasty even with the topper in place and we had virtually no sleep all night

Please be assured that all guest comments and feedback are shared and investigated to improve for the future. We are now franchised and a multimillion pound investment is being made with a an extensive refurbishment underway which will see all 821 bedrooms, 22 meetings rooms, 2 restaurants, 3 bars, gym and all public areas renovated to the highest standards. This will take time and over the next 3 years our guests will see the changes being made. We expect the first 112 fully renovated rooms to be back on line from January 2020 with further phases agreed. I am sorry we disappointed you however do hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back, Sincerely..

One night stay & as we didn't check in until 2am, leaving later at 8.30am, it's difficult to write an objective, accurate review. Bed was comfy & check in/out was quick & efficient, so that's about it really!

The directions from the terminal could be improved . It is still a little confusing walking through the car park. However, it’s a great place to stay before a morning flight with a minimal walk to the departure area . Get the inclusive breakfast , well worth the extra money .

Always a great stay away a Hilton. This is an airport hotel so sees alot of traffic... maintenance works will always be ongoing.... but over all... very happy with stay here

Only there 10 hours so can't comment in depth. Shocking bar prices - £20 for 2 glasses of, not very exciting, wine! But hey ho -"thats life Jim" when you don't have any option.

The bed was fine but I could feel the springs a bit, and the restaurant was expensive. Other than that everything was good. Great location but not the easiest to find as the sign posts are all quite small.
