Nice location

Pros: Breakfast was nice and plenty of choice.
Cons: Customer service and care
Location: Location is nice on the river Clyde
Booked two rooms with double beds but given with single beds upon complain they simply said it was a mistake by the staff who checked you in They didn’t offer to change the rooms or any apology Staff at reception were not interested at all. Very disappointed

Beautiful hotel. Excellent food. Great views. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Honestly wouldn't stay anywhere else in Glasgow.

It's the Little Things

Pros: The view from the room overlooking the Clyde is breath-taking, we were absolutely delighted with it. It really is the little things that matter!
Cons: I do not have any faults.
Location: Finnieston area in my opinion has most of the best restaurants in Glasgow.
From arrival, the girl at the desk called Susan could not have been anymore friendly and helpful. She really did make us feel very welcome and went over and above to assist.

Liked it!

Very helpful staff on the check in desk, room very clean and tidy. Comfortable bed and good quality shower. Breakfast had plenty choice and was tasty. We had an excellent view along the Clyde from our 6th floor room looking east, I would say a higher room would be better if you had the choice and we're looking for a good view, 16 floors!! Great pint of becks at the bar and we got our parking ticket stamped for free, should have been £6. Didn't the use pool, sauna, Gym, beauty salon, ECT but were available for use. All in all a great one night stay and I would definitely return for another visit. Thanks!

Couples weekend

Overall stay was excellent. We managed to check in early, however the room was on the first floor and was noisey at night time. Therefore I would definitely stay here again, however would ask for a higher floor.
