We nabbed a great deal on a signature suite for our first stay at Dakota Deluxe Glasgow. We had stayed at the Edinburgh one before but this one was a big step up. It was a belated birthday treat for my partner and we arrived to find a lovely note and chocolates, a really nice touch. The room was very spacious and decorated in soothing beige and brown tones with a lovely soft carpet underneath. The wow factor was the huge bathroom with the amazing freestanding bath which we both indulged in while sipping some bubbly. The fact that it was stormy outside just made this an even more seductive bolthole for the night as we dimmed the lights and settled in to watch Bridget Jones Diary - Sky Movies are free. Other great touches are the free mini bar and snacks, lovely toiletries and free tea and coffee. Download the app which at the moment gives you £15 credit which we used towards cocktails at the swanky bar downstairs. Particular praise to the front desk staff who were extremely friendly both at arrival and check out. We will return.

Modernes Hotel und schöne Zimmer, grosszügige Badezimmer. Personal leider noch nicht auf 4-Stern Niveau. Auf unsere Interventionen und Wünsche wurde nicht reagiert. Schade. Tolles Hotel, Personal muss noch etwas geschult werden.
