Great location, lovely grounds, swimming pool, 2 eateries, both with excellent food. Staff just brilliant. It was our 30th wedding anniversary, and we got a bottle of wine in the room! Room spacious, beds wonderfully comfortable, windows that opened and let fresh air in, big bathroom, very clean. Best hotel we've had (home & abroad).

Friendly staff, lovely room with good facilities. Public areas weee confortable and the breakfast was really well cooked and presented.

Size of rooms and beds are excellent. Wall paper in room 101 was slightly hanging off ceiling. Bath siding was also coming away. Rooms were still excellent in quality. Jacuzzi was out of order in spa.

Country hotel close to the town.

Pros: In short,everything.Close to the town but in a nice country setting.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Location: Very close to the town of King's Lynn.Well situated to visit Hunstanton,Sandringham etc.
Excellent hotel in a lovely location.Room very spacious and comfortable.Food really good.Staff very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel near Sandrington

Pros: Everthing
Cons: Make it clear what's included in the price for old people
Location: Sandringham
Breakfast far too expensive!!!! We did not realise it was not included.
