The property was good overall but with a couple of small reservations. The room I stayed was a twin in the annex to the left. The room itself was absolutely fine but the en-suite was a little tired. There was no wi-fi available in my room either. Breakfast was good but unfortunately being Sunday morning was not available until 9am. The online booking system for evening meals did not work for one person implying that there was no availability.

Good value room, but very disappointing that WiFi not available in all the rooms, unable to conduct any business during my stay.

Room not cleaned properly .shower door rubber hadn’t been cleaned for months. It was mouldy black and orange . Windows frames moody .paintwork filthy.carpets dusty spider webs .heating not working . Rooms cold Kept asking if radiators working and was told yes . Mattress not good slept on duvet .

Could easily be better

These items would have improved the quality of the stay no end 1) bedside lamp as only the room light 2) shower slide holder way to high so near impossible to adjust shower head height ( poor installation) 3) Exit sign so bright had to cover it up to get to sleep 4) Heated bath towel so high up on wall that could not be realistically used. As this was the bath room heater as well it was useless being so high up Overall clean and adequate but with some small improvements would make it much better to say in. You would not design your own room or bathroom like this!
