Have always stayed here on night before flight but now having 2nd thoughts. As usual everyone very nice and helpful and location very convenient. Due to my ebookers status I have previously got a free bottle of wine with the stay, which has recently reduced to 2 quarter bottles. With the prices charged per night I will now be reconsidering my options.

Due to my Platinum status with ebookers I qualify for a free bottle of wine when booking the high priced Radisson. This bottle has now been reduced to a single glass bottle from the previous 70cl bottle. Will now look to book elsewhere.

Paid for Superior room with runway view. View could only be described as airport view. Looking over short stay car park and cargo area with a very obstructed view of a distant runway. A/C not very good, on all night and only reduced room temperature from 22 to 20. Very expensive for an 11 hour stay but convenient for Terminal 2.
