The refit of this hotel was fantastic ftom the room we had to the dining area , they have made a fantastic job . The staff were all very polite snd welcoming. 10/10.

Complaints

Could hear opposite room door shutting quite loudly.was quite disturbing at night. Toilet flush makes loud noise audible into the room . Heating not adequate.had to borrow some blankets and a heater ! Lots of dust on the bedside lamps ! Breakfast -toaster doesn't work properly Cooked breakfast was dismal!

very disappointing

Pros: not a lot
Cons: improve standards all the way across the board
Location: not a lot for somebody our age 60 plus
bed uncomfortable, no hot water, breakfast very poor

Super hotel, everything you need for a few days stay. Plentiful free parking, great shower and comfortable beds. Breakfast is included and has hot items as well as grapefruit segments, baked goods, yogurts and cereals and is more than enough to set you up for the day. There is a vending machine for snacks and a small bar. Rooms have tea/coffee making facilities, a hairdryer, and there is free Wi-Fi everywhere. What more could you want?

Lovely stay

We were early and the room was not ready ,we were made very welcome by the staff offered a hot tea and when the room was ready checked In to a lovely clean room. Also a really good breakfast had a lovely stay thank you .
