Minus 2 degrees outside and the heating wasn't working. The room was freezing. Did call reception but no room change or heater offered. Had to sit with a jumper and coat on to do some work. Breakfast was excellent. On checking out it seemed like we were being asked to pay for parking again, as we were asked to pay when we checked in. The lady on the counter didn't explain anything properly and then got very rude mumbling that we weren't listening when she just kept repeating herself, still not explaining anything.

Nearly Brand new hotel, 5 min walk to high st, 10mins to the arc, all good. £5 overnight parking.

Stayed one night as close to venue we were attending. From arriving to leaving everything was excellent. Modern, clean hotel with comfy bed and great breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel

Brand new hotel in a great quiet location aporox 5 minute walk from Stockton high street. Its position is very close to the riverside and about 20 mins walk from tees barage. Its spanking new and nicely designed. The buffet breakfast was just ok and alot of items had runout but eventually mostly replaced, only one tea/coffee/hot water dispenser was working which caused a bit of queing. The parking was £5/nite which wasn't clearly advertised when booking, overall good value in great location.
