The staff were very welcoming and it was easy to park on site. Room pleasant if a little noisy as so close to the road and the railway. The hairdryer and bedside light did not work. I did report this at checkout. The bar was comfortable for a drink in the evening.

Great Check in - Alec (?) was amazing friendly - quick and great room Negative I thought parking is included but was £8 - stayed just 7hrs over night - quiet expensive And I asked for another body wash but the lady on the reception told me there ist just one per room - no extra available - think this is a poor service, especially for the price - never heard this before

Easy to find. Totally inadequate parking area. Reception is the bar, so if you arrive on a Friday night, you're queuing behind 4 people getting rounds of drinks. Rooms are refreshingly different to standard budget hotel chains. Pathetic internet, to the point where they may as not offer the free version. Great place to stay if you want a night away and a bar with a bit of atmosphere that you don't need to leave the hotel for.

Lovely hotel, but no Air con .... rooms too hot

Pros: Its a great hotel, great decor, vibe etc
Cons: Air conditioning in the rooms. Don't be fooled the hotel rooms DO NOT have air con (despite saying so on the details).
Great hotel, but the rooms have no aircon. I stayed in February when it was cold and the rooms were too hot. A real shame as that is the only thing that lets this hotel down, but its significant enough to stop me staying here again.
