The hotel is clean, relatively modern. However, what made it so good was the staff. The man on reception when I arrived was so friendly and attentive - makes all the difference when you have been in a car for 6 hours. Breakfast was very good, but yet again what made it was how lovely and helpful the lady who was in charge of the restaurant. Would definitely book again thanks to the staff

When arriving at the hotel had to park on double yellow lines because we had phone the hotel to ask where parking was after circling a few times we got told on the phone to go into the hotel first for then to them tell us where parking was and give us a ticket. The gentleman on the phone was very abrupt when we called to ask. The room was extremely warm, couldn't turn the heating off in the bathroom because the radiator was broken. The bathroom was very dated and the shower was not the best. We had paid for a king size room but it was two single beds together which had a gap between. When booking to stay in a best western hotel I thought it would be one of the best options as I've stayed in other best westerns previous and they have all been amazing this one did not live up to the standard of other best western hotels.
