Good reception staff who were friendly and welcoming. Small twin bed bedroom with very hard mattresses making it difficult to sleep, very claustrophobic. Breakfast good with an excellent Chef serving omelette’s and waffles. Parking very tight and small spaces. Broad street area felt unsafe, would not stay again

Good morning, Thank thank you for your feedback we are sorry to hear you had a few issues on by your stay, I would like to mention that all of our rooms are the same size unless you was to book an accessible room or a deluxe room so we are sorry to hear you felt it to be claustrophobic, All rooms will be having new mattress's early next year when we have our refurbishment. I can see how you have mentioned Broad street did not seem safe and again we are sorry yo felt like this as this is something we have never had an issue with as we are not directly on Broad street and situated on Brindleyplace to of which both are very well lite with no cars.We do hope you do come and visit us again in the future.
