APOLLO HOTEL REVIEW

The staff were very nice and axcomodating. Very helpful. The room was spotless and very clean. The only issue was how cold the room was. Had to wait for a few hours for the room to get warm with the radiators. Michelle Lancaster

Ok for one night think breakfast bit expensive

Ok for one night. Breakfast could be bit warmer and fresh watm toast. Room tidy enough staff nice and cheerafull. Beds ok clean

Best thing about this hotel was it's location.

Pros: Room and bedding was clean
Cons: It's tired and needs attention. Replace the etched bedhead. Perhaps the staff could smile, although, in their defence there was only one to book in
Location: Only a mie from the city centre, the location was the best thing about this hotel
Believing I got a 'bargain' on the 'last-minute' site, I was surprised to find that the rate I paid was only £5 less than the published rate. The outer presentation of the building was quite ugly/strange, however the room was clean and comfy, but airless and too warm. If you could ignore the 'We Woz ere' etched in the bedhead, it was bearable. I would pay more to stay in something a little more pleasant.
