Nice hotel, close to Birmingham nightlife.

Always a great stay here , the only complaint I have is that the baths are very low .Apart from that the beds are comfortable, the room was very large and the staff very attentive.

Comfortable and good value

Pros: Wide choice at breakfast, pleasant bar and lounge area, speedy lifts, good towels
Cons: Pillows, room too hot and instructions needed for heating/air conditioning controls
Location: Broad St is grim, especially at night. Taxi rank opposite is very useful.

Family trip

Good value for money overall. Let down - was having no nets on the Windows, creating lack of privacy during the daytime. Also it was a shame the bath was shallow. Other than that, the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Also the breakfast was really good quality, nice sausages and good staff service.
