Easy stay for a girly night away.

Staff were welcoming and everything was easy to understand. Hotel decor a little dated but no problem. Room tidy and generally clean. Bathroom needed a bit more of a clean and grouting to be refreshed but perfectly usable. Housekeeping were knocking at our door at 8am even though we weren't due to check out! Room service fantastic as was breakfast! We were there to go to the Genting Arena which was an easy walk and in the morning we walked through the NEC to Resort World to do a spot of shopping being able to stay parked until 2. We'd happily come back again.

Pleasant stay, good breakfast but unfortunately there was no hot water on our second night or the following morning due to a boiler fault they said!!!

A few problems but the staff were on the ball

Pros: I am a travel agent with an office at Birmingham Airport. 2 mins away!!
Had a few problems but a staff member by the name of Matt sorted everything for me on the spot. It's not the problems that matter in my opinion but the way it is put right. Stayed again last weekend with some of my staff. They will be seeing me again.

Nice Hotel Close to Airport, NEC and Resorts World

Cons: Needs Air Conditioning, stayed on what was not on overly warm evening yet the room was stifling hot with no air getting in even with windows open
Location: Airport, Birmingham International Station, NEC, Resorts World and Genting Arena all on doorstep
Hotel fine, is a little dated, plenty of choice for eating options within it. Breakfast more than adequate.

Pleasant hotel near the NEC

Stayed for 1 night to atrend a concert at the Genting Arena. An ideal place to stay, just a 10-15 minute walk to the arena and Resorts World. The all you can eat buffet style breakfast was a real highlight too! Would definitely stay again

Perfect for NEC visitors or tired business people.

Pros: Bright, clean hotel. Most people were professional/business types. Close to the NEC/International airport. Food was lovely.
Cons: The bathroom décor was a little bit tired and 1980s style. That's the only downside.
Location: It's at the end of the Birmingham International car park. It's perfect for anyone visiting the NEC shows, flying from Birmingham Intl airport.
Bright, clean hotel. Most people were professional/business types. Close to the NEC/International airport. Food was lovely but a bit overpriced. Nice bar. Great to have the optional blanket to keep warm as it was a cold night outside. There is a spa but I arrived too late to use it.

Amazing hotel for a small price

Location: Ten minute walk to the train station, NEC and 15 minutes to the Resort.
We stayed for two nights so we could access the NEC with ease. The NEC is a ten minute walk away so very handy to save on transport costs. Yes the hotel does have a more traditional/ dated decor but we really didn't mind this. The room was clean, large and well equipped with a large tv, hairdryer, kettle and lovely shower! We also had full access to the pool, sauna, steam room, gym and jacuzzi so this was a welcome treat after miles of walking around the NEC! The hotel offered a delicious looking three course menu for only £20! As we weren't that hungry we ate at the bar instead but the food was delicious, hot and speedy. A very grand hotel for a bargain price. Would definitely stay there again.
