Clean and tidy, great staff, easy check in. Only down sides were the window lock was broken so it wouldn't close properly, letting in traffic noise, and the shower head was fixed in such a low position that you almost had to kneel down to get wet.

Very good value . However room slightly cold and shower was also lukewarm with little pressure

Convenient for BHX. Quiet & comfortable. Dated & tired looking. Perfectly adequate for a stopover.

Fantastic value! A short walk to the station/resorts world arena, good food and really comfy beds. I would definitely stay again!
