very good. a few constant niggles like broken bath plug, no sink plug, no bath mat. yet, good facilities in rooms (iron hairdryer ironing board etc.) good restaurant and bar, good prices, very nice location but horrible driveway

Steadily gets better and better at this hotel. Bedrooms becoming nicely appointed, always very clean, good size bathroom and room size, good hot breakfast and better furniture in restaurant. Still has potholes in driveway, poor plugs in bath / sink and no bathmat provided but towels, iron, ironing board, supplementary radiators, coffee tea etc and hairdryer all immediately to hand in the room. Free WiFi is only near reception area but may extend further ( my phone ? at fault perhaps ). Great place if you can overlook some of the small faults listed above.

plenty of space, large rooms, illuminated parking area and visible control of those who park there. rooms have everything but bring your own bath mat and toiletries. full english breakfast is an eat as much as you want, serve yourself etc. and very ample and appetising. lifts now work okay, room has better newer carpet, various improvements in the communal areas overall. very nice hotel still let down by the potholes in the private approach road imho.

room and hotel sparklingly clean some feat given the size of the place, public areas toilet exceptionally clean- this is a three star property, good self serve full breakfast which I enjoy, the main lift has now been repaired, its very warm and welcoming, good price, rooms larger and plenty hot water, plenty of easy parking on site . . . if the potholes in the driveway just had some few repairs as it does create the wrong feeling for me, initially.

Very good hotel that was more upgraded than before. I like the breakfasts, price, cleanliness. Nice to see the main lift working again. 5 stars out of 5. Very efficient staff. Warm welcome.

nice clean and up to standard hotel. for 3 star this is excellent/ rooms fully equipped with iron, iron board, hair dryer and more, warm and cosy plenty of space. also the well lit car park is reassuring. no bath mats though.

clean large rooms & very spacious, whats not to like ? - basic rooms still very okay, comfy beds, mostly full tv channels, ironing board, iron, good hairdryer are all provided. take your own toiletries and bath mat - soap and personal towels only provided - stll good for this 3 star hotel.

pluses ae low price, ease of booking, illuminated and large car park, spacious rooms, comfy beds , just about full set tv channels, cleanliness, good price dining facilites bar etc. minuses are its very basic, soap is the only real toiletry included, towels provided but no bath mat or flannel. For three stars this is fine, note the pay in advance wi fi in bedrooms.
