Pros: Good room size and clean. Convenient location to the University of Birmingham Cons: I had paid over ebookers and there receptionist tried to charge me again. I showed him the receipt and he backed down. Due to COVID they are not cleaning the rooms if you stay multiple nights but they should at least allow you to leave your rubbish outside the room for collection. Both nights I stayed there was someone who kept knocking on my bedroom door. I asked reception who this was and they said there shouldn't be any staff in the building. This is worrying!!! Continental breakfast is rubbish. I had a lot of butter and nothing to put the butter on.... There was no toilet roll in the room when I arrived. Towels were yellow so i'm glad I had my own. I had one packet of biscuits in the room and hardly any milk sachets. They ask you to ring reception for more but I didn't want to be in contact with people. You should provide adequate supplied especially if someone is staying more then one night. Just overall not great.

Nice property. Food in restaurant was well presented but some of it was cold. Portions too small for price at dinner.
