We completely agree with you that hotel is old as it is 25 years old building we have renovated top two floors and its ongoing process for other floors as well. Surely when ever you visit next time kindly put a request for higher floor and do let us know your feedback.

Pros: location
Cons: everything
not the best hotel at all, you are best off paying a little more, apart from the location (next to al rigga rd) it is a terrible hotel the place stinks of smoke, there is a bar and a nightclub in the lobby area and as the rooms are not sound proof you will not get a good night sleep, breakfast starts at 6 and all you can hear are plates banging around and then the street noise starts, in this hotel everything goes you will see hookers coming in and out so not the best place for families.

Reception war nicht qualifiziert dafür. Unsauberer Teppich, Schimmel im Bad, alles war schmudelig und nicht im guten Zustand. Frühstück nicht für Europäer ausgerichtet.

Mr. Johnson who was a representative of the travel agency was very helpful and offered us a really good service at the hotel. He was honest about the information we asked him for the trip. Mr Johnson is a patient and friendly person, and he smiles at the customers. I recommend Mr Johnson, because he does his job in integrity and professionally. When me and my wife arrived at the hotel on 25 December 2021, the reception service was terrible. The person in charge told us we didn't have a room reservation booked in advance. Even before we arrived at this hotel in Duabi, there was a huge mix up and misunderstanding between the website we made the reservation from and the hotel staff. We informed e-bookers of this problem and after a long discussion, they told us the problem was rectified. We were surprised at our arrival to find out that we didn't have a room reservation. In fact we thought this problem was resolved. We looked into our past bookings to find out what happened. This was disappointing and a waste of our time, considering we were really tired after a long travel. The hotel especially the sound of dishes in the kitchen was very noisy even in the morning when were trying to sleep. At night, there is the bar and loud music which we found very inconvenient and not suitable for families and older couples. I don't think this hotel is 4 stars like it is advertised. For example we read on the website there was pickup service and iron in the room but this is not true.

Very nice hotel for single person

Cons: ii had a very bad begining as they did not find my reservation kindly make it easier next time
a very nice hotel with a nice location close to every thing ... unfortunately not good for the family as there is a bar and club inthe ground floor
