Great stay with family

Was not busy so we had a good time. Would need to improve in certain areas to be a 5* compared to Dubai hotels. Breakfast quality would need to improve in certain areas. Some of the food looked and tasted like it was bought from the local supermarket rather than fresh 5* made in house. Staff were friendly and service was good. Overall good service and value for the price. They did upgrade us from city view to dual view, ie. city and sea view room.

Holiday trip

Reason of the visit to have some sunshine brake, with my wife, at a seaside place, easily accessible and not far from my home in Europe. We found the site exactly what we wanted. The hotel and the beach are nice, comfortable, everything exceptionally clean and all the staff people were so kind that I never felt earlier in other hotels. Everything was GREAT. Highly recommend to everybody.

Die Unterkunft ist eigentlich OK. Ich bin mir in Dubai anderen Standard gewöhnt und bin daher sehr viel auswärts zum Essen. Schade ist das ich erst um ca. 10:00Uhr zum Strand konnte, weil es vorher noch keine Sonne gibt in der kleinen Bucht. Es gibt Wifi im Hotel aber nur zum Schreiben, es ist nicht möglich zu telefonieren oder Video Anrufe zu tätigen.

Room 701 was nice, we had a big bathroom with a bid bathtub. the room was cleaned really late, we missed sometime that they forget to put new coffee, new toilet paper.

In my opinion this Hotel is never a five star hotel. On our trip through the VAE, this was by far the worst hotel we stayed at. Even though the hotel was the second most expensive of the whole vacation, that is what does not fit. The condition of our room on the second highest floor was reasonably acceptable, except for the bath room. I felt disgusted by that dirty and repulsive shower and would never use it. Fortunately we stayed just our last night in this hotel, just for the reason that it is nearby Sharja Airport. That was the reason why we chose that Hotel, in retrospect we would definetely prefer a longer distance to the airport instead of staying a Night in that Hotel. Also I can absolutely not comprehend the good reviews on the well known internet platforms. The balcony with sea view does also not earn the name balcony. It is tiny and dirty + dilapidated. To end with the only positive thing that I can tell about the hotel is, that the employees were really friendly and helpful.

Super Hotel

Waren 5 nächte in der deluxe suite alles sehr sauber,schöner strand super service..kommen wieder.

Merveilleuses Vacances

Magnifique Palace, Accueil chaleureux, Vue imprenable sur la mer, à 15 min de Dubaï en voiture. Très apaisant on s'y sent merveilleusement bien, de très bons souvenirs..

Ajman ist nicht Dubai Downtown!

Für Urlauber welche Erholung und Strand suchen, absolut empfehlenswerte Anlage! Für wiederholte Dubai Downtown Besuche: ungeeignet, da unsichere Strassensituation bis zu 2h pro Weg!
