Very nice hotel, excellent central location for bars, restaurants & shops. Friendly welcoming staff. Would definitely use this hotel again.

Central hotel with comfy beds

Hotel was great but either there was not enough staff or they just were not on the ball. We had to wait a good half hour to check in, and at breakfast the next morning they took our order and 40 minutes later, my boyfriend had to ask where it was. Very disappointing from a hotel at this level.

Excellent & Friendly Service

Pros: Friendly staff. Good quality food.
Cons: Can't think of anything
Location: Don't know.
I would recommend a stay at this hotel whether on business or a social visit to Glasgow. I found it very relaxing with a chilled atmosphere and courteous staff that were very attentive. The reception area, bar and restaurant are very nice. I had dinner and breakfast and both were excellent. The double room I had was huge and included a very large wet-room. Perhaps I was just lucky but my room on the third floor was very quiet indeed. I would definitely stay in this hotel again if ever I visit Glasgow in the future.

Close to city centre

Pros: Cocktails 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟beds🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟nice room and nice staff, great location
Cons: Not much was pretty good
Location: Grill on the corner nice place for cocktails Pub across from there fantastic food and great beer, not sure what it was called.
Nice stay however on the second night the heating went off and we didn't sleep well due to the tempeture. in the morning a very small heater was put in the room however it didn't do much to warm it up. gave us a late checkout @ 2pm which was appreciated. Breakfast on the second morning not as good, hotel was a lot buisier and it reflected in the service and quality of the food. Barman was great fab cocktails and the girl on reception was helpful and friendly. Thanks

Started Great Ended Poorly-Where`s The Sausages?

Pros: Boutique Hotel with fancy rooms, clean and comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast
Location: Bit out of the way in the Business district near Marriott and big Hilton if you fancy a beer in a nearby hotel. Can always jump in a Taxi for all else
Special occasion with partner in upgraded room with breakfast. Started great. Hotel a wee bit out of the way but not so far as to be not considered. Check in fine. Room fantastic. Very clean and comfortable and stocked mini bar included with upgrade. Ate here for evening meal in Marco Pierre White and had a fantastic meal. Pub crawl after that and good nights sleep. All so far great. Breakfast in morning unfortunately was a dead loss. Partners pancakes inedible and two of main breakfast items unavailable. Alternatives offered did not suit. Have never had a full cooked breakfast before without Sausages. Have been all over to variety of hotels and digs and always on menu. Not want to cause fuss so ate what on offer and left. Great stay ruined really Picked up a Greggs on way home. Emailed Hotel later to complain and manager offered to investigate. No reply for a week but on email reminder he did reply and state staff said all items were available. Clearly not true. Did offer on next stay an upgrade and free breakfast. Declined offer as have been to other hotels with better service, food and location and disappointed breakfast charge not refunded. Great stay Hotel Indigo, very poor end and breakfast considering it was £170 and my partner had a Greggs for breakfast.

We are a few minutes walk from the city centre and all it has to offer, you certainly would be quicker getting to some of the cool bars rather than trying another hotel bar. Das einzig schade war, dass wir eine Tour gebucht hatten, welche vor dem Frühstück begann. Am Tag vor der Tour fragten wir ob es möglich sei vor Beginn ein Stück brot oder wasser oder allenfalls ein Sandwich zu bekommen, sie meinten dies wäre kein problem. Am Tag der Tour (Frühstücksbeginn 7:00) waren wir also 6:45 am Empfang um etwas vom Frühstücksbuffet mitzunehmen (im Voraus Frühstück bezahlt) dies wurde uns verwehrt. Ansonsten sauberes Hotel und freundliche Mitarbeitet.
