I will never stay here again due to the fact that they have no trust in their customers. At check in, they had to call my mobile and show them that they were calling it to prove I had given them the correct mobile number. utterly appalling. I fully understand being COVID compliant, but this is utter nonsense and shows how little respect they have for people staying in their hotel.

Very comfortable, great black out curtains and very warm room. Free bottled water. Shower was a little bit intermittant, went from hot to cold and back. But otherwise great room comfortable beds :)

Perfect for city centre

My daughter and I were very impressed with this hotel. Modern, clean, free movies, cool toiletries. Stayed in a Friday and Saturday night. No noise disturbances which is great for a city hotel. Loved it.

Good location

Nice hotel. Looks like a lot of work went into the bar area which is stunning. Menu good, had the Pentacheeseburger which seemed fresh cooked and not a frozen pate. Room service is only a £3 supplement which is great. Especially when travelling alone. Rooms clean. Bathroom nice and bright. Tv typical from an LG kept switching stations and didn't respond to volume control very often. Spent two nights here for work. Nice but overpriced for what it is.

Check in ging ziemlich schnell. Das Hotel bedarf einige Nachbesserungen, man sieht dass es viel frequentiert wird. Die Lage ist top, das Essen auch, das Personal ein bisschen lahm.. liegt wohl an der Tatsache, dass der Empfang, die Bar, das Restaurant alles in einem ist. Hat aber auch seinen Charme...

Nice hotel in central location

Cons: There is a certain smell in the lobby and bar area. Maybe it comes from any cleaner, that is used for the floors (?)
the hotel is ok and the rooms are clean and cosy. The location is quite central, so you don´t need a taxi or a bus to come to the city.
