This property has a great location, no more than 5-10 minute walk to the station and into town centre and not far from molineux stadium. Staff were friendly. The room was clean as was other areas of hotel. Breakfast was decent .

Don’t swipe your card with them on check-in as they’re likely to charge you for stuff that you never ordered & you won’t find out until you’ve departed and later check your account balance.

Only minor issues were TV remote was missing but replaced within 30 minutes when raised and the safe was locked but we didn’t need it anyway.

Hotel is not up to any sort of standards you have to pay for car parking which is ridiculous as it should be free if you’re staying there. The design and layout of the rooms are awful and the lighting is dingy. The beds are not comfortable and the towels were hard and scratchy. Did not enjoy our experience and ending up leaving half way throughout the night.

needs improvements - gone downhill since last stay

Pros: Location
Cons: Decor Mattresses Free Car Parking
Now have to pay for car parking - per car! Didn't state this on the website when booking hotel as if I would have known I wouldn't have stayed here. Room had repairs to the wood chipped wallpapered walls but hadn't been repainted!!! Could feel the springs really badly in the bed. NOT worth the £75 paid - other near by hotels offers same price rooms but much better value and quality of fixtures and fittings especially mattresses.

Handy for city centre

One night overnight stay to attend local party. Convenient for city centre. Staff helpful, room pleasant and comfortable . Housekeeping could be improved, breakfast tray left outside room close to ours evident on our check in at 4pm, and still in corridor at 9am following day, which we reported to reception. Bonus for our party was 'lucky dip' at reception on which we secured 2 for 1 breakfasts, which were already on offer at £8.95 each, but we received 2 for this price, and the standard was very good. On the evening of our stay a wedding reception was being held in the hotel, and this could provide a problem with parking as space is quite limited. Also cannot see the need to charge hotel guests for overnight parking, as there is no alternative.
