Nice hotel in the centre of town

Didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel but we had stayed there before. The hotel is in a great location and staff were very helpful as we arrived early and were able to check in straight away.

Very good hotel, great staff and service.

We enjoyed our stay here with two children. The hotel is clean, pool is nice, breakfast was good, fresh, plentiful and nice environment. Location makes for a very restful stay in the city centre. I wouldn't use ebookers though. They sent a confirmation that we had selected a smoking room with no extras when we had had no choices re smoking/non-smoking and had chosen to include breakfast. We couldn't get through to a call handler to confirm the correct booking and so had a slight worry that the details would not be correct when we got there, thankfully they were but i wouldn't book this way again.

Girls galavanting.

Pros: Close to all shops bars and Castle, Within walking distance of train station.
Cons: Would like stairway to be more easily found, we were only on the second floor and would have been happy using the stairs.
Location: Brilliant location, within walking distance of train station. Shops bars and restaurants all close. The Castle and museums are all very close as well.
We picked Cardiff Hilton for our girls weekend, it was lovely and central. We got a very good price for the weekend, it also had the bonus of pool and gym facilities included.Staff were very friendly and informative. The weather was pretty good for us as well, always a bonus.

Very close to city centre and also parkland/river

Pros: Excellent room - clean, large & comfortable.
Cons: Better kippers for breakfast!
Location: Shopping, walking - parkland/River Taff, Cardiff Bay, Principality Stadium
Great location for the city centre and also Sophia Gardens parkland. Excellent facilities, staff, comfort, cleanliness & convenient (if a little expensive) hotel valet parking. All in all an excellent choice - we'll be back!

Anniversary get away

Lovely stay. Staff was great. We were being given 1st floor I requested higher floor with a view and was given a higher floor but no rooms with a view were available which was still fine. The bathroom was great shower was awesome. The bid was gigantic and we loved every minute there!

Great stay

Hotel is located in the heart of the city, next to Cardiff castle. Easy access to town centre and all its nice pubs and restaurants. Easy to get there by car and there is a valet service (which is not included in the room rate). With your room you have free access to the gym, swimming pool, saunas and hot tub.

lovely hotel

Hilton speaks for itself. just be mindful parking costs £20 a day, and you can park elsewhere cheaper and walk to the hotel.

Great location

Hotel in great location, not quite 5 star, but did the job for night out in Cardiff. Breakfast service poor - was greeted by the grumpiest woman in history! Was told to just sit down? Where? I had to get chair from another table as our table for 4 only had 3! Luke warm self service food...poor! Couple of bottles of wine @£28 each seemed pricey in the lounge bar too! But, great location!
