I found the person on reception who greeted me seemed disinterested, was chewing gum, did not engage in conversation and shared no information about the hotel facilities, restaurant, etc. He didn't even tell me where the lift was just handed me the room key. The hotel itself was great.

Nice hotel but didn't sleep well

When walking in, you can tell they have spent a lot of money in the reception area, but when you've made your way up to your room, it's a little more basic. The room was fine and the bed comfy. Hated the pillows, so struggled to get comfy. The room was also very warm, and when I opened the window, the traffic kept me awake. The bathroom was fine, but some bits were missed when cleaning, such as hairs on the floor and a slightly mouldy shower curtain. The staff were very nice and when my TV started playing up, and they couldn't fix it, they moved me into another room down the hall. This room wasn't on the main road, so I could have the window open without being disturbed and it also had a fan! Would stay again if I could get another deal.

Great location and great night.

Such a lovely hotel. Check in was really quick to say it was busy. Hotel room was a good size. Only stayed for a night but it was more than adequate. Shower was great! Usually in hotels the pressure isn't great but this was like having a shower at home. We had breakfast included in our booking and it was lovely! Plenty of choice for all ranging from toast, full English, cereals to porridge. Spoilt for choice really and people who hasn't got it included were paying for it also. The hotel is very secure. At night when you came in they had a doorman on with a list of residents checking off who is staying, you just needed your room number and name. They can call you a taxi which is there quickly to take you wherever you want. I'd recommend taxi at night depending on where you're going and time of year. It's within walking distance to town. Around 10 mins and it brings you out at the train station. Easily accessible from M621 and is well signposted. Overall a good night's stay. Would definitely recommend.
