Booking in was very slow, not all facilities were explained which was a bit off putting. The bed is the firmest I have ever slept in. When checking out we were not asked how our stay was otherwise I would have mentioned the bed.

nice hotel

Pros: near the train station
Cons: the breakfast
Location: near train and all the shops near canal and very good pubs
Have been before this time I was very disappointed with the breakfast not the food but way it was put out it was all put in a corner struggle holding plate and taking the lid off the food and was not very warm

70th Birthday

We needed to stay close to Granary Wharf as we were going on a river cruise, the location of the hotel is ideal and it is very nice inside

nice hotel, central location

Pros: location and cleanliness
Cons: nothing
Location: close to station and shops. lots of excellent restaurants within walking distance. no need for taxis to the centre
Friendly reception staff, welcome cookie on arrival a nice touch. Room clean, maybe a little small but great for overnight.
