Hotel great. Room was fantastic, modern but classy and roomy - great furniture / nice bathroom. Car parking expensive, bar could do with updating / extending as full so patrons couldn’t get a seat (restaurant not an attractive option), bridge / river area not the most attractive view…!

Check in staff could have been friendlier and more helpful. For instance at check in we were not told about WiFi details, breakfast location or times, any parking requirements etc. I had to ask.

Lowry hotel but no Lowry pictures? The only reference was the Do not disturb sign! As a relative of LS Lowry I was hoping to see more about my 4th cousin!! At least the trip to the Lowry theatre was what I really hoped for

Furniture in the room I’d looking tatty, holes in chair, loose tiles in bathroom, stains on carpet and furniture badly marked. Not what you expect for a 5 star. Food was just ok for the price. Concierge very helpful. Just average. I’m booked in again for July and wish I could change it, overall disappointing
