Excellent as expected

Having stayed here earlier this year my recent stay was excellent yet again. The only fault I can come up with at the moment would be the noise from the work at the neighboring buildings. We paid extra for the dock side room but in hind sight would have been better to go with the carpark side room to be away from the noise that started at 6.15am and carried on right through to 11pm. Sorry Titanic, best hotel in Liverpool but terrible neighbors.

Beautiful hotel

Rooms were amazing huge, airy and clean. The bar area was lovely but food needs to improve. That's what let's the hotel down also after being out and turning up at the hotel at midnight and then bar staff refused to make cocktails as they don't serve them after a certain time. I would go back and stay but wouldn't eat there.

Nice hotel, amazing spa!

The hotel is lovely. We stayed in the standard room which was still huge. Not that clean when we first went in, there was still hair clips and a pot of eyeshadow left on the floor from the previous guest! Lots of marks on the walls, plaster missing on the corner of the wall. Bit shabby but that didn't ruin anything. The spa was lovely. One of the best I have been to! The hotel is in the middle of an industrial estate so not a lot around! 45 min walk to city centre. We googled a nearby Chinese restaurant, Tai Pan, and walked there. Took 4-5 mins only. Was lovely food. Would come again.
