Lovely old property in the centre of bath with spa facilities. Really friendly and helpful staff but hotel needs a bit more TLC - broken bath, chipped paint in the communal areas and the so looks worn in places.

The best Bath hotel we have stayed in! Free mini bar in room, complementary bottle of red as celebrating an anniversary and the use of the spa facilities was a highlight. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to stay again.
