The breakfast was great and the views from the dining room of the clifton bridge are brilliant. The bed was really comfortable and nice coffee making facilities in the room. There is no on site parking and the room we were in was really dark. There was insufficient lighting for such a large room. My wife couldnt use the mirror in the bathroom because it was so high. Storage facilities in the room were very sparse.

Fashionable hotel in a good location

Really enjoyed staying here. The hotel itself has just been refurbished and is extremely pleasant to stay in. The area is lovely and is on the doorstep of very nice upmarket eateries and boutiques. I would thoroughly recommend staying here

Very nice hotel with an awful staff member.

Booked the hotel for 2 rooms, when we got there we got told only one room has been booked despite being charged for two room. After an hour of talking very slow English to the member of staff he finally acknowledged the mistake made on the hotels behalf and said there is nothing he can do about it as the hotel is fully booked. He then offered said a refund will be with me within a week and offered all 4 of us breakfast for free in the morning. However when we went to get breakfast in the morning the morning staff said they were not told about the free breakfast and tried to charge us for that as well! Apart from that, the hotel itself has to be one of the best that I have been too and is relatively close to the main nightclubs in Bristol.

Under whelmed

Paid extra for a gorge view as I had visited the hotel the night before for drinks and seen how beautiful it was. The staff were lovely but the room view was disappointing to say the least
