Staff were excellent, location is pretty good and the bathroom and toiletries were good quality. There was an event on and the sound-proofing wasn't that great. But the main reason for the average rating was the mattress, which my partner in particular found very uncomfortable. Disappointing for what was otherwise a nice hotel.
