Excellent location right in the City centre. Perfect for shopping or sightseeing. There was a reasonable choice at breakfast. We will use again.

Overnight stay

Pros: The hotel was very centralised, close to the shops, the cinema and the river, in fact everything was within walking distance, excellent!
Cons: The layout of the restaurant was a little small, I would elongate it so that people aren't in the way of one another especially at the toasters!
Location: As I said before, the location of the hotel couldn't have been better! It was a stone's throw away from the town, river and shops
My friend and I were dealt with immediately at Reception and since it was my birthday (29/12), I was offered a free drink at the Bar! This was a special touch to my stay and felt they had personalised my visit at the Hampton Hilton! Thank you! We had a room overlooking the main road and thought it would be very noisy, but the condition of the windows were so good that I didn't hear a thing! The beds were also very comfortable so we both had a very good night's rest!

Conveniently located hotel in Bristol

Comfortable hotel with clean, good sized rooms. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Hotel is located within easy walking distance of city centre shopping and central attractions. Good value for money for a city centre hotel.

friendly but unhelpful staff

Pros: it was close to everything.
Cons: attention to details, sound proof, courdiality, more seats on the breakfast place.
Location: station, stores, short walk to all main touristic places
we booked the room (double bed) and for some reason (or our mistake or websites) our book was for a disable room, with converted shower, toilet etc, once we noticed we went to the reception to see if they had another room available, mainly because we don't need that kind of facility and someone else might need. the receptionist told us they did have other double bed rooms available but he couldn't change us because they may be needed by someone else. In our mind that doesn't make sense because a disable person couldn't stay in the conventional room and they probably would make us change, so why not to make the courtesy to put us in another room? anyways we accepted the converted room and decided to don't make a big fuzz, but once we got back to the hotel in the evening and went to shower we saw the towels were falling apart and the bed was extremely noisy. at bed time there was a loud water noise that made me take a while to be able to fall asleep. big disappoitment.

Central Bristol

Pros: Staff were all very friendly and approachable
Cons: My room faced the street and was too noisy at night to leave the window open.
Location: Bus station a short walk away. Clifton suspension bridge and SS Great Britain a long walk or short taxi/bus trip.
Two night stay. Modern hotel. Quick lifts. No evening restaurant although some minor food offerings available.

clean, modern good for parking

Aside from a little bit of a faff over entry cards the experience was excellent. Clean room. Great location. Modern comfortable feel with very good breakfast. Also had a good nights sleep.

Nice hotel, clean , comfortable

There were some issues, one : the sink was blocked , second: the bathroom door was broken and could not close probably . On the checking at 10:30 pm one drunk customer was bothering my 17 years old son to force him to have whisky with him and the member of staff had no reaction to stop him . He was pulling my son one side to drink with him. I had to stop him myself Other wise we really enjoyed . The breakfast was perfect
