Unfortunately, this hotel did not come up to the standards expected. The room was very dated, it was dirty and smelt of cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room. The smell was so bad in the bathroom. The double bed room was meant to be an upgrade. It was a joke, and such a disappointment. It came across so nice in the photos but in true reality was not good at all. The bathroom had mould patches or just really dirty areas, dust everywhere. The bed was far too small for what we requested, the bathroom amenities catered for one person only even though we were two. This room was an upgrade, and was questioned if it was better then the normal room booked. We were told its nice. Glad we checked in late so we didn't have to spend any longer then we had too there. It was not comfortable at all. Nightmare finding the overpriced car parking area too. Even though it was one night and one room on the date we stayed there, we would not go again or recommend this hotel.
