I was very saddened to hear that we did not provide you with the high standard experience we usually offer to our guests, and I can assure you that your feedback will be shared with the senior management of the hotel. In regards to room and hotel quality, we are in fact looking for a full hotel refurbishment to start off within the next few months, so that hotel is refreshed, and the facilities match our service.
