Would of liked some draws to put clothes in/makeup and it would of been great if there were some pug sockets near the bed. The WiFi signal was really poor on the sixth floor, but non the above ruined the experience. The room was lovely as it is and the staff were brilliant.

Very nice hotel. Good location. 24 hour room service. Small TV, parking directions where not simple and you have to pay, no pool which was a shame or a nice hotel

Great central hotel. Close to everything and 15 mins walk to station. Top floors give a great view over Manchester. Nice room, comfy bed, tea and coffee.

the staff where lovely. unfortunately the hotel is tired and dated. And a window was stuck open in our room. .But as a I said, the staff are lovely.

Very central hotel however rooms are small

Very central hotel with Piccadilly gardens on your doorstep however the rooms are very small, crowded and quite dated!! Probably one of the smallest rooms I’ve stayed in and you can hear next doors conversation. We only stayed for two nights and thought we would treat ourselves to something other than a travelodge however I wouldn’t stay here again. There are lots of beggars around the hotel however felt safe as soon as you step into the hotel.
