We had a wondeful stay here, room was beautiful, the city view was great too. Staff at check in and throughout our stay were really friendly and approachable. Love all the quirky details in the decor and in the little things in the rooms. The bar and the attached comfy seating area is a definite plus point! My only complaint, the day we checked in there was a VERY young man serving at the bar, he didnt have very much knowledge at all about drinks - he didnt even know the item I was asking for, i then asked for something else and had to point to it but he still proceeded to try and serve me something else and then when adding a mixer actually filled up the whole glass so there was no taste of the actual drink! Apart from that no complaints at all and I really look forward to coming back to the hotel again!

Location is great, a lot just a short walk away. Staff were very friendly and happy to help. Room and overall hotel was clean and maintained to a high standard.

Lovely hotel which does have a New York vibe. The best feature is the fantastically friendly and helpful staff - possibly the friendliest I have experienced in a UK hotel. They are a massive credit to themselves and the management!

Very comfy bed and shower gel smells great. Friendly staff, clean room with a quirky twist. Bit weird, being able to see into the bathroom while husband in the shower courtesy of a glass panel!
