Was an warm and nice experience...the staff were very friendly and helpful... !!
I don’t like to complain or point out negative points about the hotel because overall was a magnificent experience the view of our room was mind blowing !!
But they should improve a bit in the room deco a bit dated for my taste !!
The food on the restaurant can be repetitive ...room for improvement there too !!
The rest enjoy the staff carisma and sympathy and Tulums Magical energy...

L’hôtel était très propre et le personnel très sympa.
Un peu loin du centre ville de Tulum, je conseille de prendre un véhicule pour les déplacements car les taxis sont vite chers. La plage de l’hôtel n’est pas super jolie car il y a beaucoup de rochers. De plus, le wifi ne fonctionne quasiment pas dans la chambre. Mais sinon dans l’ensemble, c’est un bon hôtel.
