The staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean and modern. There were just a view of a brick wall and roof out of the window.

staff all very friendly and the food in the restaurant was really good only downside pool closed but will go again

Nice hotel

Pros: price
Cons: menu and food quality - antipasti came with Brie and English cheddar - odd selection and the "homemade" breads where simply store bought rolls
Location: work trip so no idea
Nice hotel, odd location in the middle of a housing area but overall good. Lighting in the room bizzare - switched on each individual wall light rather than a light switch but cant complain

Lovely hotel!

Really nice hotel and spa..we arrive to from ireland to go to a frienda wedding.stayed 2 nights and ate lunch in the hotel which was great value and lovely food. Reception staff really helpful and nice.

Good value stay

Very clean hotel, staff pleasant. Only negative thing was that leisure facilities are not attached to the hotel , you have to go outside to reach them , which we didnt realise. Unable to comment on swimming pool etc as didn't use them

Quite pleasant stay

Was down there for a weekend event in the centre of Wolverhampton. Chose here as stayed before for a similar event. Pleasantly situated, about a £4-£5 taxi ride to the centre. Room was slightly on the small side, but not unpleasantly so. There is currently building work going on so be aware of that, although as I spent most of the weekend away from the hotel that wasn't an issue. Didn't eat there. Didn't really use the amenities other than the bar. Bar has very golden seating. I'd stay here again.

Great hotel in a great location

We travelled here to visit family in the West Midlands. It's very close to Wolverhampton and Dudley. Lots to do around here, Black Country Living Museum, Dudley Zoo and Castle, Shopping at Merry Hill and Birmingham is only 10 minutes by Train (Best way to go). Breakfast is terrific and the adjacent Anju's Indian restaurant is superb
