Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay with us at the Mount Hotel Country Manor. We are really sorry that we have not met your expectations on this occasion. We do have accessible rooms available at the hotel which are available to book on this and other websites, as well as direct with us. Had we been aware of your boyfriends requirements prior to arrival we would have ensured the room allocated would be suitable or we would have advised if there was no availability of this room type. Please be assured that we take your feedback very seriously however if we are not provided with the information either at the time of arrival or during the stay then unfortunately we are limited as to what we can do.
