Least value for money

This hotel is the least value for money I have ever experienced. Not only was it about £250 per night, breakfast was an extra £12pp, parking was an extra £6 per night. All this, in Bath, not Mayfair. Decor was shabby and not in the chic way. Room was unbearably warm even with windows open as there was no a/c, toiletries were basic. I should have stayed at Travelodge.

Dear Mr & Mrs Thank you for your feedback, we excited to announce that we are actually in the process of refurbishing the hotel. Unfortunately due to the property being a grade listed building we are unable to have air conditioning fitted which is why we provide fans in all our rooms. The rate we charge for our bedrooms are in line with other hotels in Bath. Our valet parking service is good value for money, as there are no other places in Bath where you would be able to pay £6.25 for 24 hours parking. We do hope to welcome you back in the future. Sehr schönes Hotel

Das Queensberry ist ein angenehmes und schönes Hotel an ruhiger Lage. Das alte Stadthaus ist im Inneren mit vielen Treppen verbunden (es gibt auch einen Lift), was dem ganzen einen romantischen Touch gibt. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Ich würde wieder hier buchen.
