Dear Mr & Mrs Thank you for your feedback, we excited to announce that we are actually in the process of refurbishing the hotel. Unfortunately due to the property being a grade listed building we are unable to have air conditioning fitted which is why we provide fans in all our rooms. The rate we charge for our bedrooms are in line with other hotels in Bath. Our valet parking service is good value for money, as there are no other places in Bath where you would be able to pay £6.25 for 24 hours parking. We do hope to welcome you back in the future.
