Staff were superb, couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating..... hotel is new and it feels so clean and fresh. Only thing to improve is a thin pillow as both the big ones were too springy and you need an option. Breakfast in bed plates need to be removed by midday...... they were still in the corridor at 5pm.... otherwise all good. Looking forward to next visit.
